This Website Development Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the last date signed below (“Effective Date”) by and between emfluence, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“emfluence”) having a place of business at 1720 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 and Johnson County Park & Recreation District (“Client”), either of which who may be referred to hereafter as a “Party” or collectively referred to hereafter as the “Parties”. It is the intent of the Parties that this Agreement shall control with regard to the Services described below and further set forth in the attached Appendix “A” referenced herein, which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of the body of this Agreement and the terms of the Appendix “A” attached hereto, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
