Typically, GSUSA recommends that troop meetings not be held in private homes for numerous safety, health, and liability reasons. This includes the current pandemic which creates an additional level of risk exposure to and from other individuals residing in a home. However, due to the outcomes of the pandemic a home meeting space may be a temporary option, until locations become more available. In addition to the current guidelines and paperwork, the residence should have no elderly or immune compromised family members present during Girl Scout meetings.
