This Contract is made and entered into by Lewis County, hereinafter referred to collectively as the “COUNTY,” and Comac Corporation d.b.a. Niu Toilet, hereinafter refer to as the “CONTRACTOR.” The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR together, are hereinafter referred to as the “PARTIES.”
