This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GTV Media Group, Inc. (“Company”), concerning your access to and use of the Company’s website known as www.gtv.org (“website”). The website allows users to discover, watch and share videos and other content, provides a forum for people to connect, inform and inspire others around the world, and acts as a distribution platform for original content creators and advertisers large and small. (collectively, the “Company Services”). The Company Services are free of charge but, Company reserves a right to charge fees for the Company Services upon notice to you. The Company Services are hosted in the United States.
