THIS CONSERVATION EASEMENT (“Easement”) is made effective as of the date of recording with the office of the Summit County Recorder , (“Effective Date”) by and between McHenry Holdings, LLC (“Owner”), and Park City Municipal Corporation (“Holder”) (Owner and the Holder are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
