These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) constitute a binding agreement between (i) you, individually; (ii) the school, institution, organization, or other entity on whose behalf you are entering these Terms of Service as its agent, if applicable (party (i) and party (ii) by association, collectively “End User”); and (iii) Next-Gen Emergency Solutions LLC, d/b/a EZ-EAP, a Virginia limited liability company (“Company”). These Terms of Service governs End User’s use of the EZ-EAP mobile application (including all related documentation, the “Application”) and the website https://www.ez-eap.com (the “Website,” and together with the Application, the “Services”).
