This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of July 2020, to resolve all issues related to the application for Permit No. WQ0014988001 between South Central Water Company, a Texas Corporation (hereafter “Applicant”) and the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (“GEAA”) and Yvonne Chapman (collectively, “Protestants”). For purposes of this Agreement the Applicant and Protestants are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
