These terms and conditions, the attendant quotation or acknowledgment, and all documents incorporated by reference therein, binds Cornerstone Controls, Inc. (“Cornerstone”) and the buyer (“Buyer”), and constitutes the entire agreement (Agreement) between Buyer and Cornerstone for the provision of services (Services) and/or the sale of goods (Goods) including (except as provided in Section 15) firmware incorporated therein.
