It is the desire of the above-mentioned parties to cooperate and work harmoniously together in promoting their mutual interest in the operation of the plant. It is their desire to provide orderly procedure for collective bargaining, orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the plant. It is agreed that neither Employer nor Employees should attempt to limit the production of an individual.
