This agreement is entered into by Harcum College and Eastern Center for Arts and Technology to establish responsibilities of the parties regarding coursework for high school students to articulate to Harcum College. The courses identified for articulation will be outlined in addenda to this Articulation Agreement. Accordingly, the parties agree that this document is the primary understanding regarding the operation of this partnership.
