This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and the City of Missoula (Grantee) is to address the need for improving air quality by reducing PM-10 Particulate matter in the City of Missoula. The acquisition of equipment identified in this Agreement provides the Grantee the means to reduce PM-10 particulate matter and it is understood the equipment will be used solely for this purpose.
