ALIVIANE, INC. ("Grantee"), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," to that certain Prevention and Behavioral Health Promotion Grant Programs (SA/Prevention) Contract effective September 1, 2021 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000539700187 (“Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
