This Tri-Party Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into as of day of , 2012 by and between the County of Riverside (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, the City of Desert Hot Springs (“Desert Hot Springs”), a California charter city, and the Cityof Palm Springs (“Palm Springs”), a California charter city. County, Desert Hot Springs and Palm Springs are each individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
