THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as this "AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this day of, 2019, by and between the City of University Place, (hereinafter also referred to as “UP”), City of Lakewood (hereinafter also referred to as “LAKEWOOD”), and Pierce County Parks and Recreation (hereinafter also referred to as “PARKS”); collectively referred to in this AGREEMENT as the "PARTIES" and singularly referred to as a "PARTY."
