These GSUSA Zoom License Council Terms of Use (“Council Terms of Use”) apply to any Girl Scout council who has or will receive a GSUSA Zoom License(s), and these Council Terms of Use include the GSUSA Zoom License User Agreement for all council users of the GSUSA Zoom License (the “GSUSA User Agreement”) and the Zoom Terms of Use (the GSUSA Zoom License Council Terms of Use, the GSUSA User Agreement and the Zoom Terms of Use, collectively, the “Agreements”). The applicable Girl Scout council is hereafter referred to as “you” or “Council”. The Council Terms of Use and the GSUSA User Agreement will be posted at https://girlscoutsconnect.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/TechConnect/Shared%20Documents/gs Zoom/Legal%20Agreements?csf=1&web=1&e=qMTg3O and may be revised at any time by Girl Scouts of the USA (“GSUSA”) in its sole discretion, and Zoom may revise the Zoom Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion.
