THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 8th day of March 2017 by and between GKN Sinter Metals – St. Thomas Ltd. of St. Thomas, Ontario, hereinafter GKN, called the “Company” and The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, an association of employees representing employees of the Company through its Local Lodge No. 1975, hereinafter called the “Union”.
