This Independent Controller Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Agreement (defined below) entered into by and between Shapeways Holdings, Inc., and its affiliates (“Shapeways”) and the customer entity that is subject to the Agreement (“Customer”) (each of Shapeways and Customer, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”). We may update this Addendum from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice of any such updates. Any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
