THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT, including all exhibits and schedules, is made and entered into by and between MANAGED ACCESS TO CHILD HEALTH, INC. d/b/a/ PARTNERSHIP FOR CHILD HEALTH (“THE PARTNERSHIP” herein) and Center for Children’s Rights (“AGENCY” herein), and is made effective as of September 30, 2019 The purpose of this Agreement is to conduct work related to Empowered Children Empowering Communities, an America's Promise Alliance—Healthy Schools project.
