This Fourth Extension Agreement (“Fourth Extension Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (“City”) and the County of Santa Barbara, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) and is effective as of March 1, 2015 (“Effective Date”).
