This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the City of Ann Arbor, a Michigan municipal corporation, having its offices at 301 E. Huron St. Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104 ("City"), on behalf of the 15th Judicial District Court (“Court”), and Washtenaw County on behalf of its Sheriff’s Office (“Contractor”), located at 2201 Hogback, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. City and Contractor are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
