This Grant Agreement is hereby made and entered into on the last date of execution below (“Effective Date”), by and between The Recycling Partnership, Inc. (“The Partnership”) and City of Minot, North Dakota (“Grantee”), which are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
