This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU”) effective July 1, 2014 2017 is made and entered into by and between the Wake County Board of Education (hereinafter “WCBOE” or “Board”), the governing body of the Wake County Public School System (hereinafter “WCPSS”), and the local law enforcement agencies (each, an “Agency” collectively the “Agencies”) on the attached signature pages.
