For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by both parties, the City of Milton and Badger Property Investments, LLC hereby agree that the TIF Development Agreement for a Building Project Located in Milton TIF District No. 9 for Development Purposes by and between the City of Milton and Badger Property Investments, LLC , which was signed on behalf of the City of Milton on February 21, 2018, and which was signed on behalf of Badger Property Investments, LLC on February 15, 2018, is hereby considered void and of no force and effect.
