In consideration of your payment of fees for the Service Type you selected, the following terms for this Application Hosting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and Summit Hosting LLC (“Summit Hosting”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read this Agreement carefully before you start to use our Services, as described below. By clicking to accept or agree to the Agreement, or by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you have read and accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Agreement and our privacy policy below, and which may also be found at www.summithosting.com/privacypolicy (and which may be updated from time to time) (“Privacy Policy”).
