This INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of 2018 by and between UTAH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“County”), and UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a public transit district organized pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 17B-2a-801, Et. Seq. (“UTA”). The County and UTA are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties,” and either may be referred to individually as a “party,” all as governed by the context in which such words are used.
