THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this day of , 2016, by and between THE CITY OF EAGLE, an Idaho municipal corporation (“hereinafter referred to as “CITY”), and KITTELSON & ASSOCIATES, INC., an Idaho corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KITTELSON”). Collectively the City and Kittelson shall be referred to as “the Parties”.
