Your Board has previously approved a contract with Remediation Risk Management, Inc. for soil and groundwater testing, monitoring and report preparation for Fleet Services at 691 Ocean Street. The monitoring process is on going and as required by the State will need to continue June 30, 2007 and beyond, Our original contract did not include required regularly scheduled monitoring and reporting. It is therefore necessary to increase the contract with Remediation Risk Management, Inc. in the amount of $30,000 for a total engineering contract of $82,538 and extend the contract term through June 30, 2007. Funds in the amount of $30,000 are available in the General Services Fleet Services Budget Index 333500.
