COVID-19 Acknowledgement. I am aware and understand that the World Health Organization has declared a worldwide pandemic based on the COVID-19 virus. I acknowledge that information regarding the virus and how it is transmitted continues to evolve, and protocols and guidelines to reduce the spread of the virus are developing and changing on an ongoing basis. I further understand that the COVID-19 virus may be spread by people in close contact, including by infected people who have no symptoms, and that the risk of transmission may be heightened when people are speaking or singing.
