This MSA shall apply to and be incorporated into any contract between the Company and the Customer identified in the associated Order Form and prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions contained, or referred to, in the Customer's purchase order, confirmation of order, acceptance of a quotation, or specification or other document supplied by the Customer, or implied by law, trade customer, practice or course of dealing.
