We are pleased to submit a proposal to provide construction-related services for the 2024 Project Timberwolf improvements. The project is being developed by Ryan Companies US, Inc and constructed by Veit. All improvements along Timberwood Drive and Janesville Road and municipal utilities on the Amazon site will be turned over to the City upon completion. Per the Development Agreement, the City is responsible for providing construction observation, testing and documentation services and the developer is responsible for reimbursing the City for the cost of these services. The estimated cost of these services, per the Development Agreement, are as follows:
