AGREEMENT entered into this 10th day of September 2019 by and between The City University of New York, hereinafter also referred to as “ the University,” acting on behalf of The Sylvia and Danny Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College, The Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College, The Hostos Center for the Arts and Culture at Hostos Community College, and The Gerald W. Lynch Theatre at John Jay College of Criminal Justice hereinafter also collectively referred to as “the College Theatre(s)” or “the Employer,” and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Union Local One, hereinafter referred to as “the Union,” for a fifty-six (56) months and two (2) day period from November 14, 2018, through July 15, 2023.
