AMENDMENT NO. 1Interconnection Agreement • March 14th, 2006
This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon Florida Inc., f/k/a GTE Florida Incorporated (“Verizon”), a Florida corporation with offices at 201 N. Franklin Street, One Tampa City Center, Tampa, FL 33602, and ALEC Inc., a corporation with offices at 1211 Semoran Boulevard, Suite 217, Cassellberry, Florida 32707 (“ALEC”), and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein with respect to particular provisions hereof, shall be deemed effective on March 11, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and ALEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the State of Florida (the “State”).
