THIS POLICE SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made and entered into and effective this 1st day of January, 2024, by and between the City of Vassar (hereinafter called the “City”), presently of 287 East Huron Avenue, Vassar, Michigan, 48768 and Vassar Township, (hereinafter "Township”) presently of 4505 Saginaw Road, Vassar, Michigan 48768. The Township and the City are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties or the Party if in the singular.
