This agreement is made effective upon receipt of the Chromebook, between the Graettinger-Terril Community School District (“Graettinger-Terril”), the student receiving the Chromebook (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a Chromebook, software, and related materials (the “Computer”) for use while the student is at Graettinger-Terril Community School District, hereby agree as follows:
