V-cube shall provide “V-CUBE UC” services to You based on the following terms of use of services (“this Agreement”). This Agreement is standard contract terms set forth in Article 548-2 of the Japanese Civil Code. When You agrees this Agreement as the content of agreement by purchasing or using the Services, You shall be deemed to agree to abide by each of the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event of discrepancy between this Agreement and ZOOM TERMS OF SERVICE ( https://zoom.us/terms ) provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”), this Agreement shall prevail.
