The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent of the following bargaining unit: all general warehouse employees of Winners Merchants Inc. distribution centers in Ontario save and except Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor, agency and temporary employees, all employees of retail outlets, office and sales staff, data center employees, Merchandise Controllers, employees employed in a confidential capacity in matters relating to labour relations, supplies and security staff.
