Metis International Limited will be dealing with and holding the investments in the capacity of a trustee under the International Trusts Act 1984 (Cook Islands), and as such will be the legal owner of the investments. You are the settlor of the trust hereby created and you, or any beneficiary named by you, will be the beneficial owner of the investments.
