This is a legal contract between, hereinafter referred to as ("we" or "us"), its appointees and successors and the party/parties (the "Customer", "you" or "client") who implement this document. This document, together with our charges and Privacy Statement, Risk Disclosure Statement and Commercial conditions, outlines the terms under which it will operate with the customer. This document outlines the respective obligations and rights of both parties associated with this service and both parties will be bound by and comply with this Agreement upon acceptance of the terms contained herein and execution of the form of request from the customer.
