THIS AGREEMENT, is made this 25 day of January, 2023 by and between the Town of St. Albans, a Vermont municipality located in Franklin County, and the City of St. Albans, a Vermont municipality located within the boundaries of the Town of St. Albans, hereinafter, known respectively as the Town, the City, the Municipalities, or the Parties.
