Without in anyway limiting or abrogating anything in the GoHerbalife Subscription Agreement (and any agreements incorporated by reference therein), I represent and warrant my photo and any other material (collectively, the "Material") I upload to my Network is my original work and does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party. I also represent and warrant that the Material submitted for upload is not detrimental to the image or reputation of Herbalife, is not obscene. pornographic or libeous, in whole or in part, and that all postings are in compliance with Herbalife's Rules of Distributor Conduct, and any applicable federal and state laws, rules or regulations. Herbalife reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any and all Material in whole or in part at any time and for any reason.
