The individual named below (referred to as "I" or "me") desires to participate in the post-game fan skate following the Army West Point vs. Holy Cross Hockey game on February 11, 2023 (the "Activity") sponsored by the Army West Point Athletic Association Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation ("AWPAA"). As lawful consideration for being permitted by AWPAA to participate in the Activity, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this "Agreement").
