THIS AGREEMENT is made by this TBD of November 2021 by and between the Housing Authority of the City of St. Petersburg, also known as the St. Petersburg Housing Authority, a public body corporate and politic organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal place of business located at 2001 Gandy Blvd. North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702 (hereinafter referred to as “SPHA”) and ABCXYZ Fake Company, a Florida For Profit Corporation with its principal business offices located at 2001 Gandy Blvd N, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701,(hereafter referred to as “Contractor”) (the “Agreement” or “Contract”).
