This Purchase and Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Mist Systems, Inc. (“Mist”) is willing to sell the Mist Access Points and grant access to the Mist Dashboard to customers (“Customer”) and Customer is willing to purchase such Products.
