This Cooperative Use Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by and between the City of Oberlin, as the Project Sponsor (Project Sponsor), and the State of Ohio (State), acting by and through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (Commission), a state agency organized and operating under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 123 (the Commission and the Project Sponsor, collectively, the Parties). This Agreement becomes effective upon the date it is signed by all of the Parties (Effective Date).
