This action comes before the Court on the Joint Motion for Court Order Approving, Adopting, and Incorporating the Settlement Agreement and Joint Stipulation of Plaintiff DRTx, Defendant Robert Arizpe, and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (“Parties to the Settlement”). After consideration of the matter and being otherwise fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Settlement Agreement, attached hereto, is approved, adopted, and fully incorporated into this Court’s order.
