This Partnership Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Alamo Colleges District (“ACD”), a Texas public community college district and the San Antonio Independent School District (the “District”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas. Herein each of the District and ACD shall be a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
