This Subscription-based End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) is made and entered into, is by and between Veryx Technologies Inc., a company, with office at 1 International Plaza, #550, Philadelphia, PA 19113 (“Licensor”) and the Buyer of Veryx Software (“Licensee”). The terms of this Agreement shall apply to each license granted. Licensee and Licensor may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
