In lieu of a formal erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of a single family dwelling that exceeds 10,000 square feet, I agree to comply with all requirements set forth by the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Law and Regulations, and shall apply the minimum standard practices necessary to provide an adequate control of erosion and sedimentation before any land disturbing activity to the completion of this project. I further agree to comply with additional requirements deemed necessary by the Planning and Zoning Department such requirements shall be based on established minimum standards and best practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation before any land disturbing activity to the completion of this project.
