Per section 1140.60 subd 2(B-E) of the Greenwood city code, in order to receive an Occupancy Permit or Final Inspection prior to completing the landscaping required by the city code, the below property owner(s) elect to enter into this Landscaping Security Agreement whereby the property owner(s) understand that if the landscaping is not completed by date A below and the security agreement amount is not paid in full by date B below, the city will certify the full unpaid Landscaping Security Agreement amount (C below) plus interest to the county to be collected with property taxes.
