The NTPRD does hereby lease unto the LESSEE, upon the terms and provisions hereinafter set forth, Splash Zone located at 300 Eagle City Road, Springfield, Ohio. LESSEE agrees to pay the NTPRD as rent for the use of this facility the appropriate fees set forth herein. The NTPRD will provide the services of lifeguards during the date/time of the event.
